Seasonal Renewal Form

By checking off the consent box agree, I consent to my information being used and stored by Creekside Camping & RV Park (CCRV), for the purpose of operations and management use. I agree to accept full responsibility for any and all damages to my rented site, along with all campground property, equipment , facilities and land. Damages are to determined by the sole discretion of CCRV, and all monies assessed for damages are due immediately.

I, the seasonal renter(s), agree that should the management of CCRV, see or become aware of any actions that violate campground rules and policies, CCRV has the right to terminate this seasonal agreement, resulting is loss of the use of the seasonal site listed above, and without refund.

I, the seasonal renter(s), along with all guests and visitors to the campground, agree to completely release and indemnify CCRV and its employees and officers from any and all liability or damages of any kind, including legal fees or resultant economic losses, arising from injuries or damages to persons or property that may arise from the use of the above seasonal site, fallen trees, or any other campground property or equipment.
